RACE REPORTS
September 21, 2002
This last week, McAninch Motorsports was very busy and hectic, as the 52 Machine went through many changes,
adjustments and repairs to race at Thunderhill Speedway this past weekend.
Last Saturday, September 21, 2002 we raced in Mayetta, Kansas at Thunderhill Speedway. Ryan raced in the
first heat of the evening. We placed 2nd in our heat, right behind Chris Smyser. The A-Feature was a tough race.
We started fourth row and with many good drivers to overcome. There were many cautions and several cars that
dropped out of the race. During one point in the race we were in 11th place and Ryan drove hard to regain ground
and finished the night with a 4th place finish.
Race fans, we are currently fourth in TORA points and have only two races left. Those races will be October 18 and
19, 2002 in Muskogee, OK at Muskogee Speedway. We hope to see you there!
Also, this Saturday, McAninch Motorsports will be racing in Kansas City, Kansas at Lakeside Speedway for the
first time this year. We hope to see all our race fans this weekend!!
