Last Saturday night at Thunderhill Speedway McAninch Motorsports would try to win the last TORA race in Mayetta, Kansas this season. The night started out good for the racing team as Ryan drew a low number placing him in a 2nd row inside position for the 2nd heat race. At the start of the heat race Steve Kosiski would get a jump of the other competitors and give Ryan McAninch an opening to pull ahead. Ryan tried many combinations to gain ground over Steve, but would have to settle for 2nd place finish.
The 52 Machine earned a 5th row inside position in the main event against the other metal machines racing that night. During the feature there were numerous cautions and restarts. Ryan was maintaining a 7th place position and half way through the race, Ryan spun out trying to avoid another competitor who had spun out earlier. Coming from the back, Ryan raced hard to pass the competition and ended the night with a 12th place finish.
